SAFETY DRIVEN CULTURE
ITS AT THE CORE OF TTN
Workplace health and safety is at the core of our business.
While having the right processes and procedures in place is the foundation to a solid WHS program, the most valuable part is carrying them out whilst on site, whether that be in the forest, on the road or in our maintenance workshop. Thats why we have a dedicated WHS team who conduct audits, reviews and use data driven analysis to ensure policy and procedures are up to date.
IT STARTS AT RECRUITMENT
Here at TTN the instilling of our safety driven culture starts at recruitment. We ensure that all our team members are like minded and take the safety of themselves, their fellow team members and the community seriously.
Once welcomed to our team our thorough onboarding process focusses on how to work safe in varying workspaces, identifying and reporting hazards and how each individual can use the tools given to cultivate a safe work environment for all.
SAFETY IN ACTION
Our comprehensive safety management program is integrated into our daily operating schedule and managed by our operations, supervisor and managements teams.
It is vitally important to us that a just culture is cultivated within our workplace and that our team feel safe approaching supervisors or management with concerns and safety issues.
